You don't need to be a programmer in 2026. You need to be able to formulate. This course is the formulation drill.
The six modules
The course starts with the one skill the rest depends on, which is saying precisely what you want, and ends where serious automation begins.
1. Prompting from zero. How to put a task so the model gives a working answer. Context, roles, requests broken into steps. Without this the other five modules do not hold.
2. Project environments. A chat in a browser tab is the smallest part of what these tools do. VS Code, Cursor and their kind, projects made of files and folders, links to Notion and Obsidian, one project per business line or area of life.
3. Vibe coding without code. You describe the thing in words and the model writes the code. Collins made vibe coding its word of the year for 2025; this module is what it looks like for somebody who does not program.
4. From chaos to a system. The INITE delivery method. First find where the business hurts and where routine eats the week, then automate that one spot and measure what it returns. AI installed to tick a box is what this module teaches you to avoid.
5. Automation without a programmer. Taking one to three workflows into daily use, a dashboard of the figures you make decisions by, handing it over to the team and keeping an eye on it.
6. What comes next. Several agents in one environment, different models, APIs and integrations, and where to go once the basics work.
Who it is for
It suits founders who want the routine automated and their numbers in view without hiring a developer, and specialists or managers who want projects, documents and tasks in one environment with a model working inside it. People from the humanities have a head start here, since they think in words, and words are the skill this course trains.
If you already program for a living, most of it will be familiar. The diagnostic on this site sends people here when what it finds is still at an early stage, such as one queue landing on one person, a process repeated by hand or more tools than processes, and a consultation would be more than the problem needs.
Format
Short lessons in video and text, thirty to sixty minutes a day, about ten hours in all. The assignments are done with a model on your own projects from the first day. Checklists and templates come with it, among them prompts, folder structures and the diagnostic checklist from module four. A browser is enough, and at no point do you have to write code yourself.
How it works
You pay on this page. A letter arrives with a personal link to the course. There is no account to create. The link is the access, it does not expire, and the letter is its only copy, so keep it.
The course is being assembled module by module. Your access is recorded the moment the payment settles, the modules appear behind the same link as they are finished, and a letter comes on the day the first one does. If the link ever stops working, reply to that letter and I issue a new one.
Questions
Do I need to know how to program?
No. The course is made for people who do not. You describe what you need in words, and the work of the course is learning to describe it well.
Which tools does it use?
Claude and Cursor first of all, with VS Code and similar editors in module two. The habit the course builds, stating a task precisely, carries over to whichever model you use next.
How long does it take?
About ten hours, in sittings of thirty to sixty minutes. Each lesson ends with something to do on your own work, so the pace is set by your projects.
When do I get access?
The letter with your link goes out as soon as the payment settles. Until the first module is finished the link opens a page that says so; after that the modules appear there one by one.
Can I pass the link to my team?
The access is personal. It is issued to you and is not meant for redistribution, which is what the terms of this site say about every course.
