In one day — a new pitch and a market test.

A small room, two hosts, one day. You leave with a rewritten offer, a market test already designed, and a week of your own plan somebody is holding you to. Applications run without payment and we reply within 48 hours.

«A strong pitch takes shape where fifteen founders are willing to say «doesn't work» — on your own, you can't get there.»

IIThe promise

Five concrete actions in a single day.

Five actions — the entire list. No «deep processing» smuggled in on top.

This room —

  • 01

exposes the problem you've been walking around for months

  • 02

rewrites your pitch right at the desk — while the wording is still fresh

  • 03

builds a 72-hour test and writes the success number on the board

  • 04

switches on a tracker that holds you to your own plan for seven days

  • 05

moves your commitment from private to public — you say it aloud in front of the whole room

IIIWho this is for

Four founders. One stuck point.

Working hypotheses, not strict categories. Recognise yourself — the room is yours.

01· Remote-salary relocant

The paycheck keeps you afloat while the business won't leave the dock.

Pain

The salary feeds you and ties your hands at the same time. You need an exit that does not zero out your income in the first month.

02· Post-relocation expert

Your RU pipeline went to zero.

Pain

Positioning needs to be rebuilt for global or diaspora markets — without devaluing your expertise.

03· Founder between projects

Capital is in place, while focus has been missing for twelve months running.

Pain

No peers to pressure-test strategy without hype or posturing.

04· Builder out of BR for global

Building for US or EU from somewhere else.

Pain

Distance from the buyer; GTM architecture into US / EU out of LATAM.

IVDates

The format is permanent. A cohort is one room, one city, one day.

Every cohort runs the same eight hours and produces the same five outputs. What changes is where it happens and which language the room speaks.

VFormat

One day, eight hours, five things you take away.

One day, three access tiers.

This is the format every cohort runs

VIIWhat you leave with

Five auditable outputs — in your hands on Monday morning.

We answer only for what you walk out holding. What happens to the business after that is your job.

What «rewriting your pitch to the customer» looks like:

Before

We help founders grow with AI.

After

We cut support tickets by 40% in 4 weeks — first AI assistant in teams of 50–200.

01

One completed diagnostic

02

One rewritten pitch to the customer

03

One 72-hour market test

One of three formats: a landing page + 200–400 cold emails to a verified ICP, an ad campaign with a $100–300 budget on a single metric, or direct outreach to 30–50 target accounts. The success metric is written on the board — booked call, paid order, or written «yes».

04

One 7-day execution plan

Every item carries a trigger, an action, a channel and a deadline. What comes out is a dated list of moves, and that is what the tracker checks against.

05

One activated AI tracker

A Telegram or WhatsApp bot. Once a day it checks your 7-day plan, logs answers, sends a weekly review. Answers don't feed marketing pipelines.

Pro adds recorded session notes and a private implementation pack. VIP adds a hot-seat transcript and a 30-day sprint. The point: a week after the event, you can reassemble the day in numbers yourself.

VII · Result guarantee

All five results — or we refund the payment in full.

Miss any one of the five results by end of day — full refund within 30 days. A separate layer on top of the standard refund window.

What it covers and what it doesn't

  • 01

The guarantee is bound to the five measurable results you walk out holding.

  • 02

What you do with them on Monday is outside what the guarantee covers.

  • 03

Whether they make money is a separate question — we don't sell someone else's success.

The standard refund window — 100% up to 21+ days before the event — is described in the ethical contract.

VIII · Hosts

Two leads — different jobs.

One person can't run the casework and hold the room at the same time. Mikhail — method and diagnostics. Nikolai — rhythm and audience.

Architect

Mikhail Savchenko

A working system in two to four weeks.

In Brazil since 2024. Over ten years of diagnostics across teams of 10–200. Builds AI systems where privacy, access and audit are part of the architecture from day one — FZ-152, GDPR, LGPD, DPA. In Architect Mode he brings the same diagnostic out of one-on-one calls and into a live room.

What they do

  • —Business diagnostic and constraint map
  • —Pitch rewrite with the customer
  • —72-hour test design
  • —AI tracker and post-event analytics
  • —Privacy and audit architecture

Conductor

Nikolai Petrakov

Takes the commitment all the way to saying it out loud.

Owns the stage and the pace of the day. Reads the room from micro-signals, runs live casework without pressing the speaker, brings every commitment into the open — without forced catharsis.

What they do

  • —Stage rhythm and pace of the day
  • —Live casework — case selection and transitions
  • —Public commitment round
  • —On-stage support for the attendee
  • —Audience care and floor team
XEthical contract

Contract published in full — before any signature and before any payment.

Live rooms are easy to mis-sell. Before you pay, you see the full list — what's in and what isn't.

What Architect Mode is not

  • ×therapy — medical or psychological
  • ×legal, tax or financial advice
  • ×a guarantee of revenue, hires or fundraising
  • ×deep-processing or forced catharsis
  • ×phone confiscation

What it is

  • →A live workshop with measurable, auditable process outputs.
  • →A code of conduct with zero tolerance for harassment or humiliation.
  • →Phones stay with you — no filming or calls in the room, no surrendering them at the door.
  • →Explicit, granular consent for photo, video, AI processing and follow-up.
  • →A clear refund window: 100% up to 21 days before, 50% from 20 to 7 days, transfers permitted until 48 hours before start.
  • →A trained safety lead in the room, with referral contacts on hand.

Rules tracked from current event-industry guidance. Distress, if it happens, is met with Psychological First Aid and referral — never with stage catharsis.

XIApplication

Show us where you are stuck right now — and see if this is your room.

The room is small and we read every application ourselves. No payment, no deposit. Reply within 48 hours.

Submit

No payment right now and no spam — you can ask to be removed from the list at any moment with a single line of reply.

XIIQuestions you should be asking

What people usually ask.

01

How is this different from a retreat, an info-product event or a big motivational show?

A retreat sells a state; an info-product sells access to recordings. Here you pay for one working day and walk out with five auditable results. If even one is missing by the evening, the money comes back under the guarantee.

02

What is the AI tracker — in one line?

A Telegram or WhatsApp bot. Once a day it checks your 7-day plan, logs answers, sends a weekly review. Pro and VIP get 30 days with host review. Core is 7 days standalone.

03

What counts as a 'market test'?

Pick one of three formats: cold outreach to a verified ICP, an ad on a single metric, or a direct call sweep. The success metric is written on the board and verifiable in numbers.

04

What does the guarantee cover?

If by end of day you don't have the five results — diagnostic, rewritten pitch, designed test, 7-day plan, activated tracker — full refund within 30 days. Refund is not tied to whether the test made money.

05

When and where is the next cohort?

The dates section above carries every cohort we have announced, with its city and the language the room runs in. The exact date, the venue address and the tier prices reach the waiting list 30 days before, with no payment before that.

06

What language?

Each cohort runs in one language, and the dates section says which. The room is calibrated around a shared context, so mixing languages in it would cost the part that makes it work. The application captures the language you want.

07

What if the city on the list is not mine?

Apply anyway and say where you are. A cohort is sized around people who share a live context — the same tax regime, the same market, the same paperwork — because peer calibration is where the value lands. Where the next room opens is decided by where the applications come from.
